Preferred Partners will not participate in deceptive billing practices by providing clear details on how and when billing will occur or continue.

Preferred Partners will deliver what is promised in marketing material or agreements.

Preferred Partners will not use misleading or deceptive advertising or testimonials.

Preferred Partners will provide open communication channels for customer support and contact with timely responses provided.

Preferred Partners will provide and honor all guarantees and issue prompt refunds according to the terms stated.

Removal: Preferred Partners who are found by be in violation of this Integrity Pledge will be removed from the program without a refund. In addition, Preferred Partners will be actively reviewed and rated by the community inside the Directory Hub. A Preferred Partners with 3 negative reviews (without positive resolutions) will cause removal from the program. You will have an opportunity to respond to any negative reviews and we do not allow anonymous reviews or ratings.
